I stopped in at Lion's Head on a trip down the Bruce Peninsula one morning just after sunrise. The Niagara Escarpment side of the Bruce is a favourite place of mine due to the variety of scenery and weather one gets along there. I wasn't necessarily there to photograph, but more just to drink in the morning that day. I noticed this gull swooping back and forth just over the water very close to the beach. The light was extremely bright and the gull being white, this seemed like a study of white on white. After quite a few bursts later, I ended up with this one that I felt, captured the scene that best represented the simplicity of the morning and the light that was present on this day. I have to be honest though, I did not get a model release from the bird. I hope that's ok.
