01. Blue and Gold
There's a low, old field in this valley just south of Georgian Bay that I like to drive through frequently, particularly in the autumn. On this occasion I was there before sun up and the mist that was present on this very damp morning made for a very blue tint to the atmosphere. Contrasting with that were the late autumn, brilliantly gold leaves hanging on from the early autumn period. The warm and cool contrast is what drew me to this photograph instantly.
