150079 - Crepuscular rays, usually referred to as sunrays, form when there is an abundance of haze or moisture in the air and the sun is partially hidden by an object such as clouds or trees. On this summer morning, there was more than enough humidity and just the right amount of cloud to produce this spectacular display. I metered off the dark cloud away from the sun and undereposed by 1.5 stops.
